Scotland's oldest ski centre was taken over by a consortium of winter sports enthusiasts earlier this year.
Headed by businessman Andy Meldrum, the group plan to develop the site as an all-year venue through the creation of mountain bike trails.
An adventure playground and a revamp of the cafe have also been proposed.
'Key player'
Alison Gainsford, of HIE's Fort William office, is helping the new team look for future opportunities.
She said: "The team have identified a range of ideas to develop what's on offer and are looking to increase attractions for families and in the summer months.
"The ski centre is a key player in developing the outdoor sports market, both for local people and in tourism and strengthens Lochaber's position as the Outdoor Capital of the UK."
Previously, the resort was taken over in a management buy-out in 2007, saving it at the time from liquidation.
Liquidators had been appointed after the resort company went into receivership in 2004.
Those behind the buy-out offered the site for sale in an effort to attract fresh investment.
